by using nudge, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use the service.

the service

nudge is an AI-powered event discovery app that helps you find things worth leaving the house for. we use artificial intelligence to personalize recommendations and generate notification messages. discovery requests may use cloud services to fetch event data. we provide this service "as is" without warranty.

AI-generated content

nudge uses AI to generate personalized notifications and recommendations. while we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. event details (times, locations, prices) come from third-party sources and should be verified before attending.

the AI features are designed to help you discover events, not to provide advice or make decisions on your behalf.

accounts

you can use nudge without an account. creating an account with apple sign in allows you to sync your subscription and saved events across devices.

you're responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

subscriptions

nudge+ subscription

nudge+ is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store (in-app) or Paddle (web), depending on where you purchase.

billing

subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. you can cancel anytime through your App Store subscription settings (in-app) or your Paddle account (web).

refunds

refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies (in-app) or Paddle’s refund policy (web). contact support if you need help.

acceptable use

you agree not to:

• use the service for any illegal purpose
• attempt to access other users' data
• interfere with the service's operation
• scrape or collect data from the service

third-party content

events displayed in nudge come from third-party sources. we don't control this content and aren't responsible for its accuracy.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, nudge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

changes to terms

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
