we want you to be happy with nudge+. if you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
how refunds work
refunds depend on where you purchased:
- app store (in-app): refunds are handled by Apple. request a refund through your App Store purchase history.
- web (paddle): refunds are handled by Paddle. contact support at support@livealittle.app or use your Paddle receipt.
subscriptions
cancellation
you can cancel your subscription at any time. when you cancel, you'll continue to have access to nudge+ features until the end of your current billing period.
cancel in your App Store subscriptions (in-app) or your Paddle account (web).
eu consumer rights
if you are an eu consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of purchase for digital content, as required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
by starting to use nudge+ immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose this right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the directive.
exceptions
we reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our terms of service.
